Freight brokers spend 4+ hours a day chasing carriers for location updates. Their shippers are calling them instead of the other way around. FreightFlow360 eliminates that entirely — automated check-calls, exception detection, proactive shipper emails, all without the broker lifting a finger after setup.

The product works. We have customers. Now we need someone to put it in front of more brokers.

You'd be SDR #1 — the first revenue hire. High-volume outbound via Apollo.io (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting small and mid-tier brokers doing 50–500 loads/month. You book the demos, we close them. Target is 5 demos/week at full ramp.

Compensation

$1,000/month base + uncapped commission

Commission per demo booked, per customer closed, with quota bonuses on top.


What we're looking for

  • Outbound sales experience. SaaS preferred, freight a bonus.
  • Comfortable with cold calls and email sequences. Not afraid of rejection.
  • Coachable. Follow the playbook first, improve it second.
  • Self-directed. You own your pipeline — no one's going to manage your calendar.
  • Apollo.io familiarity is a plus. Willingness to learn is enough.
