Terms of Service

By accessing or using FreightFlow360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including freight brokers, their employees, and any person accessing the Service on behalf of a brokerage.

FreightFlow360 provides AI-powered track and trace automation for freight brokers. The Service includes:

• Automated email ingestion and load creation from inbox monitoring
• AI-driven check-calls to carriers via SMS and voice
• Real-time GPS tracking and exception detection
• Proactive shipper notifications and branded tracking pages
• Cross-broker carrier reputation scoring
• Broker dashboards for shipment management and analytics

FreightFlow360 is not a TMS (Transportation Management System), freight brokerage, or freight marketplace. We are a tracking and communication automation layer that integrates with your existing tools.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you sign up on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you have the authority to bind that brokerage to these Terms.

FreightFlow360 offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The free tier includes up to 25 loads per month with FreightFlow360 branding on all shipper-facing communications.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

When you connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox, you grant FreightFlow360 read-only access to process incoming emails for load detection. By connecting your inbox:

• You represent that you have authority to grant access to the inbox
• You understand that emails matching freight-related patterns will be processed by AI
• You acknowledge that personal emails are not read, stored, or analyzed
• You can disconnect your inbox at any time via Settings

FreightFlow360 aggregates carrier performance data across all brokers on the platform to produce carrier reliability scores. By using the Service:

• You consent to your carrier interaction data (on-time rates, check-call responsiveness, exception frequency) being included in aggregate scoring
• Individual broker data is never attributed — carriers see composite scores, not which broker contributed which data point
• Carrier scores are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of carrier performance

FreightFlow360 sends automated emails and tracking links to your shippers on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your shippers are aware that automated tracking communications will be sent
• The accuracy of shipper contact information you provide or that is extracted from your emails
• Compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)

Free-tier accounts include "Tracked by FreightFlow360" branding on all shipper-facing communications. Paid plans offer white-label options.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other brokers' data or circumvent access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to carriers or shippers
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by FreightFlow360 and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of your shipment data, carrier information, or business records.

FreightFlow360 is a tracking and communication automation tool. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier performance, delivery failures, or cargo damage
• Accuracy of GPS data provided by third-party visibility providers
• Decisions made based on carrier reputation scores
• Losses resulting from email parsing errors or missed load detections
• SMS/voice delivery failures caused by carrier phone systems or Twilio outages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
